An anime does not need 900+ episodes to have a great story (fans of particular anime, please don’t get offended :P). This anime is an excellent example of that.

In the beginning, it may seem like a comedy anime to you, but as the story moves forward, it starts getting dark. It is a fast-paced story with high school elements mixed in.

At First, they think it is a joke, but after winning against the god, they get transported to a different world, and that’s where the fun begins. This anime is one of the shows that will keep you hooked for its fantastic world-building and its games, of course.

Decim oversees all these games. Decim starts doubting his judgments when he meets a girl who committed suicide. Death Parade will give you a wide range of emotions, thoughts, moods, and sensations. If you haven’t watched it yet, now is the time.

Generally, in mystery anime, the number of characters is kept minimum to keep things easy for the watcher to understand but in Baccano! It is precisely the opposite. From the start itself, you will notice that there are many different events taking place at different times. Most of the events occur in 1930, but as the mystery unfolds, we get to know that all these events are connected to the past. Alchemists, immortals, gangsters, outlaws, and an elixir of immortality, everything is mixed up in this 12-episode anime.

While watching this anime, make sure to keep a tissue box with you. Because this anime will make you cry at the end of each episode. It is a story about a group of friends who lost one of their friends at a young age. Her name is Menma. As they all grow up and become adults, they start to drift apart, but all of them just could not get over the guilt of Menma’s death. Menma cannot rest in peace knowing that her friends cannot get over her death. So, she comes back as a ghost and helps her friends come to terms with her death and bring the whole group together again.

If you want to watch a sad anime, then Violet Evergarden is the one for you. It is a story of an Auto Memories Doll, Violet Evergarden. Her only purpose was destroying the enemies. She returns after the end of a great war. But She still holds the memories of the 3 words her former caption said before her death,” I LOVE YOU,” knowing nothing that it means. This 12-episode anime can make you smile and cry at the same time. It is one of the best anime dramas that ever exists.
